Virtual-On (OMG, VOOT, VO4) tournament interest check.

Recently, Porcupine and I discussed the idea of a event similar to GODSGARDEN's Virtual-On event. I think it would be fun.

There is no date, time, or rules yet but I'm opening sign-ups as an interest check. Depending on the interest, I'll announce a date and the time for each tournament.

For commentary, Porcupine and I could probably provide solid OMG commentary. VOOT and VO4 commentary should be done by others though likely.
